### What does it cost to request a quote?
Requesting a quote costs nothing. No membership, no deposit to request a quote, and no obligation to book. You send the trip details and receive an itemised price breakdown from the operator that would fly it, with the 5% 1000jets platform fee shown on its own line.

### What is the 1000jets platform fee?
The platform fee is 5% and appears as its own line on every quote, separate from the operator's charter price. That means you can see exactly what 1000jets charges before deciding. The fee page walks through an illustrative worked example with clearly labelled made-up figures.

### Is 1000jets an airline or a broker?
1000jets is a broker acting as agent, not an airline. It does not own or operate aircraft and is not a direct air carrier. Each flight is operated by a licensed direct air carrier, the operator, which is responsible for the aircraft, crew and the operation of the trip.

### How long does a quote take?
Quotes arrive as soon as operators reply, so the time depends on the route, the date and operator availability. There is no fixed delivery time. If your trip departs soon, say so in the notes field of the request.

### Is there a membership or deposit?
No. No membership, and no deposit to request a quote. Pricing is pay per trip: you pay only for a trip you decide to book, based on the itemised quote you receive. Nothing is charged for asking, comparing, or deciding not to proceed with a quote.

### What is an empty leg?
An empty leg is a repositioning flight an aircraft must make without passengers, for example returning to its base after dropping off a charter client. Because the flight happens anyway, it can sometimes be offered at a lower price. Availability is short-notice and not guaranteed.

### Are empty legs always cheaper?
Not always. An empty leg can be priced below a standard charter when the timing and route fit, but the price depends on the operator, the aircraft and how close the departure is. There is no fixed discount, and 1000jets does not promise a specific saving on any flight.

### What information do I need to send?
Your name, email address and consent are required. Route, date, number of passengers, phone and notes are optional but speed things up. If you do not know exact dates or airports yet, leave them blank and we will reply with indicative pricing, which is not a firm quote.

### When can I reach support?
Support hours are 09:00–21:00 GMT+3. You can write to fly@1000jets.com at any time and we will reply during those hours. 1000jets is run by an individual entrepreneur rather than a large staffed call centre, so we do not offer round-the-clock live response.
