Who we are

1000jets.com is operated by IE Dmitry Kulish, Antalya, Turkey, a private jet charter broker (the data controller). Support hours 09:00-21:00 (GMT+3). Contact: fly@1000jets.com.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect what you enter: name, email, optional phone, trip details (route, date, passengers, notes), your consent, and the page and campaign source you came from. We also keep a hashed fingerprint of the request to detect duplicates, and the IP address is used only for abuse rate-limiting.

How we use it

To prepare and send your quote, to contact you about it, to ask operators for availability and prices on your behalf, to arrange the flight if you book, and to prevent abuse. Legal basis: your request and consent, and our legitimate interest in running the service.

Who we share it with

Only what is needed to fulfil your request: charter operators you are quoted with, and service providers acting for us: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, email forwarding), Railway (application hosting and database), Resend (transactional email), Slack (internal notifications), PostHog (anonymous page statistics), Aviapages (aviation data and quote requests) and, once payments are enabled, our bank acquiring provider. We do not sell your data.

Retention and your rights

Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months, booking and payment records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing fly@1000jets.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the EU, under their standard contractual safeguards.

Analytics and cookies

We use PostHog for anonymous, cookieless page statistics: page address, referrer and quote-form events, with no cookies, no browser storage and no cross-visit identifier. We do not use advertising cookies.
