Our role
1000jets is an international charter broker and agent for the customer. It is not a direct air carrier and does not operate aircraft. Flights are operated by licensed direct air carriers (operators) named in each firm quote, which also states their identity before you pay. 1000jets.com is operated by IE Dmitry Kulish, Antalya, Turkey.
Quotes
A quote request is not a booking. Prices shown on this site are illustrative examples. A firm quote states the operating carrier, an itemised total and a separate 5% platform fee, and is valid for the period stated in it. Quotes depend on operator availability and may change until you accept and pay.
Payment
You pay the total in the firm quote, in the currency stated, by credit card through our bank acquiring partner or by bank transfer. Card payment is being introduced; until it is live, payment is by bank transfer on the invoice we send you. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing after payment is received.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation terms are set by the operator and shown in your firm quote before you pay. Unless the quote says otherwise: before payment you may decline at no cost; after payment, a cancellation request must be made in writing to fly@1000jets.com; the refund equals the amount we recover from the operator, less any non-recoverable operator charges, and the 5% platform fee is refunded when the operator refunds in full. If an operator cancels or cannot operate the flight we offer a replacement aircraft or a full refund. Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the funds.
Liability and insurance
The operator is responsible for the flight and carries the insurance stated in your firm quote. We act with reasonable care in selecting operators and passing on information, but are not liable for delays, cancellations or events outside our control, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country); mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected. Please contact us first at fly@1000jets.com to resolve any complaint.
